In the year 2009...

I ......

1. Changed college to SEGi, Kota Damansara. Another year of the same shitty science based foundation course, nonetheless. My class has only 13people. For that reason, everyone were pretty close. Speaking of which, I've graduated from the course!

2.  Nicole left to New Zealand. I have not seen her for the longest time in my life. From hugging her almost everyday to not even seeing her for years. (since I wont be seeing you when you're back next year)  Gah, I miss so many things about her.

This one here is epic. If you don't know, its 0-6.

3. The breakup. What to describe? Hmm, it means, two people used to be together, no longer are together. The incident wasn't that bad, but the aftermath is. The good news about it is, time really heals! And girls, don't let other judge you regarding how fast you get over someone. The truth is, the faster the better.

4. Worked for modelling events. Fortunate enough, got to know friends who is working in this line. Although I don't have any experiences at all, they were good enough to let me try out. No doubt, it was fun and the people there are very friendly. Besides, got to know a lot of pretty chicks. Jealous much? =p  They still owe me money. =.=

5. Became more active in church. I attended mostly all the functions and conferences, which I would never thought of going at all, that time last year. I'm serving even more often now. Not only its not a burden, but its such a blessing and honour to serve His house.

6. Purse got stolen twice this year. Both times were due to my own carelessness. I'd never learn, can't I. For the first I left my purse in the bag and put it in the pigeon hole cupboard before entering the library. And of course, it was stolen, all the troubles from the security room to the police station and the immigration department. One experience of it is more than enough. Second round someone broke in the window of the car and took my handbag. Ask me why I put it in such visible place, because I thought it would happen to anyone else but me. Ignorance, I know. No surprise that they stole my Juicy purse regardless that it was empty inside. The funny thing is, I was too hung over to respond to anything. I only realised their disappearance the next day.

7. Introducing the new bf. He's the sugar, spice and everything nice. (= Patience has always been his forte. I admire his understandability and as far as I know, he has no temper at all. What more can I ask of him. (=

8. Two nephews on the way! That would probably be the jolliest news this year for the entire family!

I know I did mentioned nephews, but she's the sister for one of them.

9. At last, I got my own ride in KL! What can be better than this. If only car runs on water....I can save a lot. It might come true one day alright, you'll never know.

Happy New Year people!!
Shoo away 2009,
Lets usher in 2010 !

top ten new year resolutions coming up.
If I could think of any. =x

Oh, good news! My camera is working again!

So yeah, Daddy is a Christmas Eve baby. So I decided to celebrate with him on the 23rd December's midnight.
The thought came pretty spontaneously. It was already 9.30pm where the shops were about the close, only I started to plan. Haha. I was talking to hun via msn and I was really panicky because I got to get the cake fast! So I had a rough idea then off I went on a cake hunt. I got this tiramisu cake at a bakery near my house, and I believe I were their last customer. Its the most decent looking cake there and its cheese-free! Dad is a typical China man who couldn't take cheese or butter aroma. Lol. So anyways, I didn't want to go home that early so I hung out and chilled my cake there at hun's place for a bit. We went out and met some friends, I forgot who because too many yc sessions these days. teehee.
I reached home right before twelve and discovered that dad was out! Oh, great coincident, just like the way I want it to be. Waited, waited, waited... Alas, dad is finally home. Ordered mom to switch off the tv and lights.  She was supposed to sing the Birthday song with me but when the moment came, she just decided not to. =.= So not cooperative lor.
Nonetheless, we had the cake happily and a few photos were taken to capture this precious moment. (=

The fruits decorated were real okay! There's all kinds of berries. And I don't know what is the orange fruit thing doing there. What is it actually? Odd indeed.
The cashier asked me, ''so how many candles do you want?'' I took some time to think and I answered back, ''si dan la.'' which means ''anything''. In the end, he gave me almost ten! I find it, quite funny, in a way. Oh wells, who cares. We used only two and threw away the rest.

Daddy posing for the camera by cutting the cake. Did I mentioned that he was quite surprised? The reason I said 'quite' is because he didn't looked like he was really 'that' surprised but he gave me a big big hug. (=

Mom's best shot among many. Epic fail but no choice lor. All I have to say is, she needs more practise. Otherwise, I would have a tough time uploading photos when I'm away in UK. Because many photos wouldn't made the cut. Photos where involve me and something else which I need help in taking, I meant.

At this time of the year, every year in fact, there'd left only the three of us.

I cut for myself one slice with Cranberry as topping. Haha, terrible me.
And its super sour. Lol.

Happy Birthday to Daddy and Aunty Rose!
(Rose, dad's younger sister who happens to share the same birthday.)
I forgot to invite her over as well, mainly because its late and I'm too lazy. I thought it'd be troublesome for her to come over just to have a slice of cake. How thoughtful. =p
I know this is very outdated, but better late than never!

This is ultra random.

The pretty fountain @KLCC. It was drizzling but there were many people still walking around, especially China tourists busy taking photos.

In Physics lab class. Did some wire connecting experiment. Looks complicated much? Yours truly connected everything perfectly at first go. Ha-ha-ha.

Don't be amazed, its just Chemistry. It was one of the classmate's note for the whole semester. Yes, these are what we're supposed to memorize before the finals. Everything. It practically looked like earth with hell lots of chains. To me, its more like apocalypse soon. What can I say, only the writer and Einstein could relate.

Self explanatory, my college's library. Been there almost everyday, for many hours a day. Unless they are closing, otherwise I won't leave (can you see they already off the lights?) . But this only happened 3times this whole year. That's a week before finals for sem1, sem2 and same goes for sem3.

This is my ride, white baby viva. I love her tons!! Although I dirtied her multiple times and have yet to send her to car wash. Ahhh, thank god she never bailed me once so far. Because I'm always on the go even when the petrol sign blinks.

dec nineteen.

We went to TheCurve that afternoon, thinking to check out the bazaar thinggy. It was disappointing lor. One pathetic street and they sell pathetic things. The boys couldn't stand the walking so we decided to watch movie. Out of all the listed movies, Zombieland has to fit the right time. I came across comments that Zombieland was most probably the most hilarious movie of the year. So I have my mind set straight that Zombieland IS a comedy. I said to myself, Its alright, watch it for a good laugh, why not? Oh wait, maybe IT IS a comedy for you guys. But for me, it literally scared me off my seat! Something like the reality of Left4Dead game sort. Hell, I hate that game. The zombies always caught me off guard and the gooey stuffs that runs out the mouth, oh-so-disgusting! I have a weak heart, this is Not my kind of show.

It was also XiangYong's birthday. And no one seems to have any idea of where to dine. He's too emo to make the decision as well. =.= Being the usual me, I just had to suggest some place, which I categorized as ''good food''. Haha. We cant possibly have hawkers for the birthday boy right? Who could do such cruel thing! After a long discussion at the petrol station, I came up with VictoriaStation. Memories of the previous time I dined there was vague. So I supposed that the food and services were okay.

We took super long to order lor. I say, guys are super indecisive. Even though after a very long time, they still couldn't make up their minds. Two out of three rest their eyes on mixed grill, because as they described, '' a little of everything ''. Yong happily ordered his lambshank and I asked for a medium well sizzling steak that goes SZZzz Sszzzz SSszZZz. They even gave me a bib for the squirting sauce from the pan.
We go on talking about medium rare, medium well, and yada yada. It was fun to have friends that are future chefs. Maybe its just me that I very much dote on food.  I even copied down some recipes! and I wish I copied more. =p

The yummy Fruit Meringue with ice cream base. I was too mezmorised once again by the flaming of the meringue with some awful tasting liquor. Hence, I forgot about taking down the picture. But everyone didn't like it except me! )=

The boys got him a saucepan and utensils from IKEA. He guessed it hard to be some pervertic things because they made it sounded like it. His reaction after he saw the present was priceless. He was kind of speechless and the expression was like very agitated...   Nop, not describing a case of constipation here. And the saddest thing is, he didn't bring it back to Singapore.

Excuse the hideous hair and smudged make up.

Can you believe the ever-shy YL has already stepped out of darkness and embraced the glorious shine of the camera flash? That is one miracle there. I'm so proud of euuu.

more to come. hee.

Santa Says.

MERRY CHRISTMAS EVERYONE!!

I've been going to a few malls to do some last minute Christmas shopping around KL. I cracked my brains, thinking of presents to buy. To be honest, I have no intention at all to take pictures of anything. But the decorations are so pwwettty. Too bad it doesn't look good with my phone's camera. Ho ho ho. Other than that, I hate to be stared at, all looking like a jakoon tourist taking Christmas decos. =.=
But oh well, there's only a few.

Mr HappyGingerBreadMan from KLCC.

The musicians played Christmas carols for a crazy long time!
They did a great job. (=

Pretty light balls hanging.

One of the angels at The Curve.

This is my very own JingleBell in the car.
The truth is, the shimmer ball is ultra distracting.
It is so shinny, I cant take my eyes of it. =p

Lets celebrate this joyous day of warmth and happiness.
Be hold, good things are on its' way!

dont write me off just yet.

I'm officially done with foundation!!!! Keep your fingers crossed that I wont be needed to resit or retake any subjects. Sighs!
When the exam hall's clock stroked 5, I tell you, its some sort of historical moment man. We were all so talkative and almost went crazy. I joined the club with those who thinks that they did badly. We sulked and cursed, a lot. We bid goodbye to some lecturers and friends, then off I go to cure my hungry tummy.

This is what I have always wanted to do since semester one. Trust me, this creature does scares me off and on when I walked pass during the night.

Foundation's After Party at El Habanero, Capsquare. From left, Gokul, Eve, Mua, WeeHorng...

... and Kana.

It was suppose to be some game for the birthday boy, Reuben. Something must have took our minds away, otherwise, me and eve wouldn't be the first one to ran out there. We have totally no idea of what kind of games or prizes. It was my first time, and it is verrrrry awkward to have people staring at you.

First was passing-card-with-lips, then it was dirty dancing with the birthday boy. I should have see this coming eh. Me and Eve, looked at each other and unisonly said ''oh shyt ''. Ahhh, not to forget there's two pairs of eyes watching. And so, everyone took turns and did their stuff. Gah gah gah, winner gets a jug of Long Island. Ho ho ho, I got one. (=

Hit Me.
